2. Data we process / Datos que tratamos

Depending on how you use Orbyt, we may process:

Account data, such as email address, authentication identifiers and sign-in provider.
Product data, such as habits, check-ins, focus sessions, progress, streaks, settings and language preferences.
Optional social data, such as username, profile details, shared habits, follows, requests and reactions.
Purchase data, such as subscription product IDs, entitlement status and restore/purchase events handled through Google Play, Apple App Store and RevenueCat.
Analytics and diagnostics, such as app interactions, crash logs, performance data, device/app identifiers and technical logs.
Notification preferences, such as reminder settings and scheduling preferences.

3. Why we use data / Finalidades

To provide core app functionality, account access, progress tracking, social accountability and subscriptions.
To sync data across devices and protect account integrity.
To improve stability, performance, onboarding, conversion and product quality.
To respond to support, privacy and deletion requests.
To comply with platform, legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations.

4. Third-party services / Servicios de terceros

Orbyt integrates third-party services that may process data according to their own terms and privacy practices:

Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In for account access.
Cloud Firestore for account and social sync data.
Firebase Analytics for product analytics.
Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and diagnostics.
RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management.
Google Play Billing and Apple App Store for purchases and subscription management.

5. Sharing / Comunicación de datos

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate Orbyt, process subscriptions, provide analytics/diagnostics, comply with law, protect rights, or handle support and deletion requests.

No vendemos datos personales. Compartimos datos con proveedores solo cuando es necesario para operar Orbyt, gestionar suscripciones, analítica, diagnóstico, obligaciones legales, seguridad o soporte.

6. Retention and deletion / Conservación y eliminación

Local habit and progress data may remain on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app or delete your account from inside Orbyt. Account deletion removes your Firebase account, social profile data, follow/reaction records tied to your account, and locally scoped data on that device.

You may request deletion from inside the app or through the public account deletion page. Deleting your Orbyt account does not cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription.

7. Children / Menores

Orbyt is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law or Google Play account rules. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

8. International processing / Tratamiento internacional

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. We rely on provider safeguards, platform controls and contractual/legal mechanisms where applicable.

9. Updates / Cambios

We may update this policy as Orbyt evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying users in the app or store listing.
